Lil' Ninjas MMA (kids)

Service Description

MMA for kids 5 years + focusing on boxing, kickboxing and ground grappling with warm-ups and cardio. A great way to burn energy for the lil' ones but also for healthy socialization and in building confidence and discipline! These classes include individual and group exercises and are for children 5 + years of age, mostly ranging from 7-10 years old. It is also a wonderful way for parents to meet other families and to help build stronger communities surrounding their children.
